Last week the Annual Employee Awards ceremony was held in Nottingham and is a fantastic way for us to celebrate our people, in particular those who have truly gone above and beyond to make a significant impact.
We’re delighted to announce that one of our fantastic, shortlisted nominees Katarzyna Tyras from FloPlast won the RISING STAR award. Below is her winning nomination.
"Kasia started in our warehouse through an agency years ago. She was a very positive and enthusiastic employee, willing to listen and give positive opinions in all aspects of her warehouse role. It became very clear from early on that she was driven, organised and was willing to adapt to all scenarios with ease. Tight deadlines were met by the whole team and Kasia was always in the thick of the action so to speak, with willingness to go up a gear when large orders came in".
