Hartridge Court is situated in the tranquil village of Matfield, in Tonbridge, Kent. The developer, Tomm Estates Ltd based in Cranbrook, Kent were established some 20 years ago and have since achieved small, select developments across the South East with a passion for high quality and design. Hartridge Court has been installed with FloPlast’s white Square Line guttering and fittings.
The installation was implemented by Sullivan Builders Ltd. Graham Sullivan of Sullivan Builders Ltd was very impressed with the product and made the following comments:
