First month of the New Year and we already continuing in our investment in the addition of new machinery.
Two new rainwater assembly machines are now on site, these machines are designed to assemble both round and square rainwater products.
Once a part is loaded the system will:
- Crop and position a seal
- Apply clip
- Barcode the product
- Vision system inspects the part
The automation utilises a linear feed system capable of running single and double ended products. The integration vision system to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
These machines are another welcome addition to our assembly process.
