Yesterday, our FloPlast team had a collaborative day with the incredible Marketing department at wienerberger. We ventured offsite to an urban farm with our focus not just on the groups business achievements, but also the importance of staff well-being.
We took time to reflect on our current and future projects, openly discussed mental health with a fantastic ambassador for the company who shared his experience, and even got creative with some painting!
It was a fantastic day of learning, supporting each other and having fun!
