This stunning 15th century listed building has been reverted back to a cottage. Originally operating as two farm cottages in the 1500’s and then in 1700 it was converted into a well-established public house, the Blue Bell Inn.

The farmhouse has many of its original features and is nestled in the countryside, with excellent commuting links.

Trevor from Manortouch Ltd commented “The merchant attended site to survey and suggest different fittings. Our original plan was to use Cast Iron gutter and down pipes however after seeing the alternative product and hearing the benefits, we then approached the Listed Building Inspector. The product was approved instantly. The team fitting the product found it easy to use and all the fittings worked well. The product was ordered and delivered on time”.
