At FloPlast we’re always striving to make our products the best they can be, which is why we will be replacing our Cast Iron Cover and Plastic Frame Manhole Cover (D923) to a cover manufactured from Ductile Iron (D924). This will make the product stronger.
Other benefits of this change mean the load capacity will be increased to 15/35Kn. The indexed cover ensures a correct first time fit and with a safety keyway preventing accidental disengagement of the lifting key during handling. The Labrinth seal helps prevent odour escape and water ingress.
As with all of our products, we have been given the following accreditations for this new release kitemarked to BE EN 124, BS EN Class A15 and BS EN 124 Group 1.
